HabitBud respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the HabitBud mobile application (the “App”).

2. Information We Collect

HabitBud does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, health data, or any other personally identifiable information.

3. Data Storage

All habit-related data is stored locally on your device only. HabitBud does not use servers, cloud storage, or online databases. If you uninstall the App or reset your device, your data may be permanently lost.

4. Analytics, Tracking & Ads

HabitBud does not use analytics tools, crash reporting services, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers. The App works fully offline.

5. Third-Party Services

HabitBud does not share your data with third parties because no personal data is collected. The App does not integrate with third-party services in V1.

6. Payments

HabitBud V1 does not include payments, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. If monetization features are added in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those changes take effect.

7. Children’s Privacy

HabitBud is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to HabitBud (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. App Purpose

HabitBud is a simple, personal habit-tracking app designed to help users create and track habits. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

3. Platforms & Availability

HabitBud is currently available for Android on the Google Play Store. We may add or remove platforms in future releases. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free.

4. Data & Privacy

For this V1 release, all habit data is stored locally on your device only. HabitBud does not collect or transmit personal data, analytics, or crash reports, and there are no third-party trackers or ads in V1. We cannot guarantee data recovery if you uninstall the App, reset your device, or lose access to your device. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Children and Age

The App is intended for a general audience. HabitBud is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App without the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

6. Payments & Ads (V1)

This version of HabitBud does not include payments, subscriptions, or advertisements. If paid features, subscriptions, or ads are introduced in a future release, these Terms will be updated before such changes take effect and users will be informed accordingly.

7. Use License & Restrictions

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, sell, redistribute, or attempt to access source code or internal services of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using the App.

9. "AS IS" Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabitBud and its developer disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will HabitBud or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the App, including loss of data, lost profits, or personal injury. In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, some of the above limitations may not apply and liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to the App or Terms

We may change the App, its features, or these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to inform users (for example via the Play Store listing or an in-app notice). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding its conflict of law rules. If you have a dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
